Practice Ahimsa or non-harming this week. Give a friend or co-worker a hug or smile and practice self love by treating yourself to something you enjoy.

  1. I love the idea of a weekly OM! And this one that is so needed now! Reading the Sunday NY Times - many articles were discussing how didvided and even antagonistic we (Americans) have become. And we might want to blame it on our representatives in Congress but they are really a mirror of us! So its very important as individuals that we step back and look at the big picture for the sake of the whole and practice a little tolerance toward ourselves and others. Thanks Erin for reminding people of this ancient but vital truth and practice!
