This could be as simple as taking a few minutes on your mat in corpse pose, taking a vacation, spending time with friends and loved ones, or even meandering through stores for a day of shopping!

Practice Tapas or discipline. If you're having trouble keeping a regular yoga practice, lay your mat out in a certain place in your house for a week and at a specific time each day sit on it. Half the battle is finding the time to just sit. Hopefully in time you'll realize, "Hey, I'm already here, why not practice?"
