Try a challenging yoga pose. Acknowledge that you are doing something difficult and thank yourself for trying.
Practice Karma Yoga. Do something good for your community this week such as volunteer, plant a tree or help clean a park.
Show yourself some compassion. Write 10 things you love about yourself on a piece of paper and tape it to your bathroom mirror. Read it out load every time you look at yourself.
Be open to the universe. Take a different route to work. Talk to a stranger. Try something new. You never know what the universe has in store for you.
