Practice savasana. Savasana allows us the time to slow down from our busy lives, take in our practice and begin to quiet the mind. This could be as simple as taking a few minutes on your mat in corpse pose, taking a vacation, spending time with friends and loved ones, or even meandering through stores for a day of shopping!

Practice Tapas or discipline. If you're having trouble keeping a regular yoga practice, lay your mat out in a certain place in your house for a week and at a specific time each day sit on it. Half the battle is finding the time to just sit. Hopefully in time you'll realize, "Hey, I'm already here, why not practice?"

Make a list of 3 things you've wanted to do your whole life. Start with the smaller goal and end with the biggest. Then take the time to do the first one. Once you've accomplished that move to the next. It might take time, but know that you're on your way and have patience.
